Prior to moving forward, we review the credit package in advance to give you comprehensive feedback and a strategic overview.

We're typically active in three scenarios:
Securing Debt

Securing debt prior to the next round to extend the runway and drive up the valuation.

Add Debt

Add debt to augment next round for additional capacity or reduce dilution, typically active ahead of the equity round

Avoid Equity

Avoid equity altogether by using debt for the "final mile" in getting to breakeven or refi current debt for another IO period.
